When the wiring to my post lamp was found to be defective I found this lamp to be an inexpensive and simple solution. The light is bright enough to light my entrance walkway and will shine for two nights after a full day of sunlight. I also like having a light on all night without raising my electric bill.

We decided to 'go green' after our existing lamp post light stopped working. This was easy to put on the pole, we turned it on and now it comes on at night for us. It's not as bright as the 110W bulb we had, but it does enough and saved us a ton of money getting the other one fixed.
